Volleyball Legends Styles Tier List (January 2026)

Best Volleyball Legends styles: Timeskip Hinoto and Sanu are S-tier with their unique Tilt stat that makes spikes nearly unreceivable. Timeskip Kyamo dominates setting. If you're grinding ranked, these three styles win games.

I've tested every Secret style in Diamond lobbies. The gap between S-tier and everything else is massive. A good player with a bad style loses to an average player with Sanu.

Quick Reference

Tier Styles
S Timeskip Hinoto, Sanu, Timeskip Kyamo
A Bokuto, Taichou, Yabu, Ultra Hakka
B Ushijima, Oikawa, Kageyama, Atsumu
C Hinata, Nishinoya, Kenma, Tsukishima
D All Common/Rare styles

S-tier styles have unique mechanics. D-tier is just stat sticks.

S-Tier Styles

Timeskip Hinoto

The best spiker in the game. His Tilt stat adds unpredictable angles to every attack.

Stats:

  • Spike: 95
  • Jump: 90
  • Speed: 85
  • Tilt: 88 (unique)

Why S-tier: Tilt makes your spikes curve in ways defenders can't read. Even if they position correctly, the ball bends past them. Combined with high spike and jump stats, Hinoto dominates offense.

Playstyle: Pure aggression. Call for sets, spike everything, let your Tilt stat do the work.

Sanu

Better than Hinoto for experienced players. Higher Tilt, slightly lower raw stats.

Stats:

  • Spike: 90
  • Jump: 88
  • Speed: 82
  • Tilt: 95 (unique)

Why S-tier: The highest Tilt in the game. Your spikes are nearly unhittable if you aim well. Sanu rewards players who understand angles.

Playstyle: Precision over power. Place your spikes in corners and let Tilt make them unreceivable.

Timeskip Kyamo

The best setter. His sets are faster than any other style, enabling quick attacks.

Stats:

  • Set: 98
  • Speed: 88
  • Bump: 85
  • Jump: 80

Why S-tier: Fast sets mean your spikers hit before blockers can react. Kyamo turns average spikers into threats. In 3v3/4v4, a good Kyamo player controls the entire offense.

Playstyle: Pure support. Position for every ball, tilt your sets to open spikers, and trust your teammates to finish.

A-Tier Styles

Bokuto

Raw power spiker. No Tilt, but his spike stat is insane.

Stats:

  • Spike: 98
  • Jump: 92
  • Speed: 78
  • Block: 75

Why A-tier: Highest spike stat in the game. If you can outplay blockers with positioning, Bokuto hits harder than anyone. Falls to A-tier because Tilt styles are more consistent.

Playstyle: Power volleyball. Aim for open spots and overpower defenders with raw strength.

Taichou

Hybrid setter/spiker. His sets boost spike power.

Stats:

  • Set: 90
  • Spike: 85
  • Jump: 82
  • Speed: 80

Why A-tier: Taichou's sets give spikers a damage boost, making even weak styles hit hard. Works in any team comp.

Playstyle: Flex role. Set when needed, spike when open. Jack of all trades.

Yabu

Technical spiker with excellent control.

Stats:

  • Spike: 88
  • Speed: 90
  • Jump: 85
  • Bump: 82

Why A-tier: High speed lets Yabu reach balls others can't. Great for players who rely on positioning over raw power.

Playstyle: Mobile attacker. Move constantly, find gaps, and exploit them.

Ultra Hakka

Newest Secret style. Strong all-around with unique blocking.

Stats:

  • Block: 95
  • Spike: 85
  • Jump: 88
  • Speed: 82

Why A-tier: Best blocker in the game. Shuts down enemy spikers and can still contribute offensively. Great for defensive players.

Playstyle: Wall at the net. Block everything, spike when opportunities arise.

B-Tier Styles

Ushijima

Left-handed power spiker. Throws off defenders.

  • Spike: 92, Jump: 88, Speed: 75
  • Why B-tier: Strong but predictable without Tilt. Good players read him easily.

Oikawa

Balanced setter with good serves.

  • Set: 88, Serve: 90, Speed: 82
  • Why B-tier: Great serves but Kyamo outclasses him at setting.

Kageyama

Precise setter, slightly slower than Kyamo.

  • Set: 92, Speed: 78, Bump: 80
  • Why B-tier: Excellent sets but the speed difference matters at high ranks.

Atsumu

Versatile with strong serves and sets.

  • Set: 85, Serve: 92, Spike: 78
  • Why B-tier: Jack of all trades, expert at none. Outclassed by specialists.

C-Tier Styles

Hinata

The protagonist style. Fast but weak spike.

  • Speed: 95, Jump: 90, Spike: 70
  • Why C-tier: Speed doesn't matter if you can't finish. Gets blocked constantly.

Nishinoya

Libero style. Best defense, zero offense.

  • Bump: 98, Dive: 95, Spike: 50
  • Why C-tier: Can't score. Only useful in specific team comps.

Kenma

Brain-type setter. Reads plays well.

  • Set: 85, Speed: 75, Bump: 80
  • Why C-tier: Slow. Gets caught out of position.

Tsukishima

Tall blocker with weak offense.

  • Block: 90, Jump: 85, Spike: 65
  • Why C-tier: Ultra Hakka does blocking better while also spiking.

D-Tier Styles

All Common and Rare styles fall here. They have:

  • Lower stats across the board
  • No unique mechanics
  • No reason to use over higher tiers

If you're stuck with D-tier styles, focus on fundamentals. Good timing beats bad stats sometimes. But roll for better styles ASAP using Volleyball Legends codes.

Best Style for Your Playstyle

Aggressive spikers: Timeskip Hinoto or Sanu Support setters: Timeskip Kyamo Flex players: Taichou or Yabu Defensive walls: Ultra Hakka New players: Any Epic+ style while learning

Don't force a playstyle that doesn't fit your style's strengths. Hinoto shouldn't be setting. Kyamo shouldn't be spiking.
