Gym League Gyms Guide (January 2026)

8 gyms are available in Gym League, each requiring a specific Body Alter to access. Beach Gym is free. Jungle Gym is the newest and hardest to reach. Each gym has better equipment that gives more strength per click.

I've reached all gyms and the grind from Beach to Jungle took about 80 hours. Here's how to do it faster.

Each Body Alter also requires 100% muscle growth on all six muscle groups.

Beach Gym

Your starting location. Outdoor gym with basic equipment.

Equipment:

  • Standard bench press
  • Basic dumbbells
  • Simple squat rack
  • Pull-up bar
  • Shoulder press station
  • Ab bench

Strength per click: Base rate

Nothing special here. Get your muscles to 100% and complete the Shredded alter to start progressing.

Underground Gym

First upgrade. Dark, industrial aesthetic.

Requirement: Complete Tan Body Alter (2,500 power)

Equipment:

  • Upgraded bench press
  • Heavier dumbbells
  • Better squat rack
  • Weighted pull-ups
  • Military press
  • Decline ab bench

Strength per click: ~2x Beach Gym

The jump from Beach to Underground is noticeable. You'll progress twice as fast.

The Gym

Classic commercial gym vibe.

Requirement: Complete Rock Body Alter (10,000 power)

Equipment:

  • Professional bench
  • Full dumbbell rack
  • Smith machine
  • Lat pulldown
  • Shoulder machine
  • Cable crunches

Strength per click: ~4x Beach Gym

This is where the game starts feeling good. Equipment looks legit.

Golden Gym

Luxury gym with gold-plated everything.

Requirement: Complete Steel Body Alter (50,000 power)

Equipment:

  • Gold bench press
  • Premium dumbbells
  • Gold squat rack
  • Gold pull-up station
  • Gold shoulder press
  • Gold ab machine

Strength per click: ~8x Beach Gym

The flex gym. Everything is shiny and gains are solid.

Cyber Gym

Futuristic neon aesthetic.

Requirement: Complete Diamond Body Alter (250,000 power)

Equipment:

  • Holographic bench
  • Energy dumbbells
  • Cyber squat station
  • Anti-gravity pulls
  • Plasma shoulder press
  • Core stabilizer

Strength per click: ~16x Beach Gym

The sci-fi gym. Equipment looks like it's from 2077.

Gravity Gym

Space station gym with altered gravity.

Requirement: Complete Plasma Body Alter (1,000,000 power)

Equipment:

  • Zero-G bench
  • Gravity dumbbells
  • Space squat rack
  • Orbital pull-ups
  • Asteroid press
  • Core spinner

Strength per click: ~32x Beach Gym

Training in space hits different. The low gravity effects are cool.

Galactic Gym

Cosmic-themed gym among the stars.

Requirement: Complete Emperor Body Alter (5,000,000 power)

Equipment:

  • Stellar bench
  • Cosmic dumbbells
  • Nebula squat rack
  • Black hole pulls
  • Supernova press
  • Galaxy core trainer

Strength per click: ~64x Beach Gym

Second-best gym in the game. The galaxy backdrop is sick.

Jungle Gym

Newest gym added in the Jungle Update.

Requirement: Complete Apex Body Alter (25,000,000+ power)

Equipment:

  • Vine bench press
  • Stone dumbbells
  • Tree trunk squats
  • Jungle pull-ups
  • Boulder press
  • Primal core

Strength per click: ~128x Beach Gym

The grind to get here is insane but the equipment is the best in the game.

How to Access Gyms Fast

Step 1: Rotate Equipment

Don't stay on one machine after hitting 100%. Switch immediately to the next muscle group. Wasted clicks = wasted time.

Step 2: Use Potions

Stack potions before grinding:

  • Cosmic + Shadow + Power is the best combo
  • Get free potions from Gym League codes

Step 3: Complete Body Alters ASAP

Don't over-grind at one gym. Once you hit the power requirement and 100% muscles, alter immediately. The next gym's equipment is always better.

Step 4: Enter Competitions

Even losing gives cash for more potions and aura rolls. Enter every competition.

Step 5: Get an Auto Clicker

The 299 Robux gamepass saves hours. If you're serious about reaching Jungle Gym, it's worth it.

Body Alter Tips

Check your stats constantly. Open the Stats menu to see muscle percentages. Many players waste time on maxed muscles.

Power level matters. You need both 100% muscles AND the power level. If you're short on power, keep clicking.

Don't alter early. Altering at 99% muscles wastes progress. Wait for 100% on everything.

Gym Progression Timeline

Rough estimates for active players:

  • Beach → Underground: 2-3 hours
  • Underground → The Gym: 4-5 hours
  • The Gym → Golden: 8-10 hours
  • Golden → Cyber: 15-20 hours
  • Cyber → Gravity: 25-30 hours
  • Gravity → Galactic: 40-50 hours
  • Galactic → Jungle: 80+ hours

These times assume you're using potions and rotating equipment properly. Casual play takes 2-3x longer.

Is Jungle Gym Worth It?

The grind is brutal. 25 million power takes forever even with optimal play.

Worth it if:

  • You love Gym League
  • You want to flex on other players
  • You're going for completion

Skip if:

  • You're casual
  • Galactic Gym is good enough for you
  • You value your time

Galactic Gym gives 64x Beach Gym strength. Jungle gives 128x. Double is nice but not game-changing.
