I’ve been grinding this game since launch and this event is one of the best for free rewards.
Grow a Garden codes are still rare. The devs prefer giving rewards through events and daily logins. But the two codes that exist give exclusive cosmetics you can’t get anywhere else.

Only 2 active codes. The devs are stingy compared to other Roblox games. But the New Year’s Event makes up for it with free daily rewards.
How to Redeem Grow a Garden Codes
- Launch Grow a Garden
- Click the Settings cog in the top-left
- Scroll down to Redeem Codes
- Type your code in the box
- Hit the green Claim button
- Check your inventory
Codes are case sensitive. I typed “rdcaward” once and wondered why it didn’t work for 5 minutes.

Best Seeds Since Codes Are Limited
With only 2 codes available, let me actually help you make money. The game has 195+ crops now. Here’s what’s worth growing.
S+ Tier (The Money Makers)
Great Pumpkin is a Transcendent seed producing 7-8 thorns per harvest at 210,000 Sheckles each. Best seed in the game when available.
Octobloom at 288,888 per fruit is the highest value multi-harvest. Buy once, harvest forever.
Zebrazinkle pulls 260,000 per harvest. Second highest base value in the game.
Sparkle Slice Seed from the New Year’s Event shop is the newest addition. Get it while the event lasts.
S Tier
Crimson Thorn gives 210,000 average per harvest. Most accessible high-tier seed.
Moon Mango produces up to 20 fruits at 180,000 each. That’s 3.6 million per tree.
Lilac is criminally underrated. Costs only 10 honey but sells for 30,000+ per harvest with multi-harvest returns.
Money Strategy
Early game (0-100k): Grind Corn and Tomatoes. Boring but necessary.
Mid game (100k-1M): Switch to Bamboo and Mango. Reinvest everything.
Late game (1M+): Crimson Thorn and Moon Mango. This is where real money starts.
Endgame (1B+): Octobloom and event seeds. Welcome to the billionaire club.
New Year’s Event Update
The New Year’s Event (December 27, 2025) added:
- New Year’s Shop with exclusive seeds and pets
- Daily login streak rewards (7 days for Colorpop Crop Seed)
- Whale Waters weather effect
- 20+ new pets in the New Year’s Egg
- Sparkle Slice Seed (event exclusive)
