2 working Grow a Garden codes give you exclusive cosmetics. The devs are stingy with codes, but the New Year's Event makes up for it with 7 days of free rewards including the Colorpop Crop Seed.
I've been grinding this game since launch. The Smithing update just dropped with seed crafting, gear crafting, and pet crafting.

How to Redeem Codes
- Launch Grow a Garden
- Click the Settings cog in the top-left
- Scroll down to Redeem Codes
- Type your code in the box
- Hit the green Claim button
Codes are case sensitive. I typed "rdcaward" once and wondered why it didn't work.
New Year's Event (Ends January 3)
This is better than codes. Log in daily to claim free rewards from Paul NPC:

S Tier: Crimson Thorn (210k average), Moon Mango (up to 3.6M per tree), Lilac (30k+ with multi-harvest)
Money Strategy:
- Early game (0-100k): Corn and Tomatoes
- Mid game (100k-1M): Bamboo and Mango
- Late game (1M+): Crimson Thorn and Moon Mango
- Endgame (1B+): Octobloom and event seeds
