Fill your base with Secrets, upgrade them to Level 5, rebirth often, and replace with Celestials over time. That's the money formula for Escape Tsunami For Brainrots. A full Secret base at Rebirth 7 earns billions per hour. Most players overcomplicate this.
I went from zero to Rebirth 10 in about 20 hours of play. The key isn't grinding harder, it's understanding which activities actually generate income and which waste time.
Money Sources
Your income comes from three places:
Brainrots (90% of income): Placed brainrots generate cash per second. Higher rarity = more money. This is your main income source.
Selling brainrots (5% of income): You can sell brainrots for instant cash instead of placing them. Only do this early game when you need quick upgrades.
Events (5% of income): Admin Abuse and Radioactive events give bonus rewards. Nice boost but not reliable since they're time-limited.
Focus on brainrots. Everything else is secondary.
Income Calculation
Your actual income depends on three multipliers:
Base Income × Mutation × Rebirth = Actual Income
Example:
- Secret Farmer base: $1M/second
- Electric mutation: 3x
- Rebirth 7: 128x
- Actual: $1M × 3 × 128 = $384M/second
One mutated Secret at high rebirth earns more than a full base of Commons at Rebirth 0.
Early Game Money (Rebirth 0-2)
Goal: Fill base, reach Rebirth 3
Your base starts small. Fill every slot with whatever you can grab.
Priority order:
- Join Roblox group for free Epic (instant $50K/s)
- Grab any brainrots to fill empty slots
- Upgrade speed to reach Epic zone (60 Speed)
- Replace Commons with Epics
- Rebirth at 50 Speed, then 75, then 100
Don't upgrade brainrots yet. Your multipliers are too low. Focus on filling slots and rebirthing.
Time estimate: 2-3 hours to Rebirth 3
Mid Game Money (Rebirth 3-6)
Goal: Full Legendary/Secret base
Your 8x-64x multipliers make lower rarities worthless. Stop collecting anything below Rare.
Priority order:
- Upgrade speed to reach Legendary zone (80 Speed)
- Replace Epics with Legendaries
- Push to Secret zone (140 Speed)
- Replace Legendaries with Secrets
- Start upgrading Secret brainrots
At Rebirth 5, a single Secret earns more than your entire Rebirth 0 base. The multipliers are that strong.
Time estimate: 4-6 hours from Rebirth 3 to Rebirth 6
Late Game Money (Rebirth 7+)
Goal: Full Celestial base with mutations
Your 128x+ multipliers mean only Celestials matter.
Priority order:
- Max speed upgrades (300+ for Celestial zone)
- Hunt Celestials every 15-minute spawn
- Replace Secrets with Celestials
- Upgrade Celestials to Level 5
- Farm mutations during events
A full Celestial base at Rebirth 10 earns trillions per hour. At this point, money isn't the bottleneck. Speed requirements for higher rebirths are.
Time estimate: 10+ hours from Rebirth 7 to Rebirth 10
Upgrade Priority
Speed first, always. Higher speed = access to better zones = better brainrots = more money.
After speed is maxed for your current target zone:
- Brainrot upgrades - Level up your highest rarity brainrots
- Base expansion - More slots = more brainrots = more income
- Carrying capacity - Grab more per run
Don't upgrade low-rarity brainrots. You'll replace them soon. Only upgrade Secrets and Celestials.
Farming Routes
Early game route (Rebirth 0-2):
- Run straight to Epic zone
- Grab 2-3 Epics
- Return before tsunami
- Repeat
Mid game route (Rebirth 3-6):
- Sprint to Secret zone
- Grab any Secrets you see
- Use safe zones if tsunami is close
- Don't risk death for one extra brainrot
Late game route (Rebirth 7+):
- Wait for Celestial spawn timer (every 15 min)
- Sprint to Celestial zone
- Grab Celestial
- Return immediately
- Farm Secrets between Celestial spawns
Safe Zone Strategy
Safe zones are elevated platforms along the track. Tsunamis can't reach you there.
Use safe zones to:
- Wait out fast tsunamis
- Rest before pushing deeper
- Secure brainrots you've already grabbed
Don't use safe zones to:
- AFK farm (you'll miss spawns)
- Wait for specific brainrots (waste of time)
The best players rarely use safe zones. They time runs to return before tsunamis hit. But if you're learning, safe zones prevent frustrating deaths.
Rebirth Timing
Rebirth immediately when you hit the speed requirement. Waiting is always wrong.
Why immediate rebirth wins:
At Rebirth 4 (16x), you earn $16M/second with a Secret base. At Rebirth 5 (32x), you earn $32M/second with the same base.
Every minute you delay rebirth, you're earning half what you could be. The time to rebuild speed is shorter than the income you lose by waiting.

Event Farming
Admin Abuse (Saturdays):
- Rare brainrots spawn everywhere
- Mutations are more common
- Best time to fill base with high-rarity brainrots
- Don't rebirth during events, farm instead
Radioactive Event (hourly, 5 minutes):
- Radioactive Coins spawn
- Complete secret tunnel for coins
- Spend coins on Lucky Block spins
- Chance for Radioactive mutations (5x multiplier)
Events are bonus income. Don't plan your progression around them, but take advantage when they happen.
Common Money Mistakes
Upgrading Commons/Uncommons. Waste of cash. You'll replace them within an hour.
Selling high-rarity brainrots. Never sell Legendaries or above. Place them. The passive income beats any instant cash.
Ignoring rebirth. Players who grind to "max out" before rebirthing earn a fraction of what rebirth-focused players make.
Chasing Celestials too early. You need 300+ Speed. If you're dying to tsunamis, you're not ready. Farm Secrets instead.
Spreading upgrades across all brainrots. Focus upgrades on your best 3-4 brainrots. A Level 5 Secret beats five Level 1 Secrets.
AFK Money
Your brainrots generate income while you're away. The game doesn't need to be open.
Maximize AFK income:
- Fill every base slot before logging off
- Upgrade your best brainrots
- Higher rebirth = more AFK earnings
I've logged in after 8 hours to find billions waiting. AFK income funds speed upgrades for the next rebirth.

These times assume active play with rebirthing. AFK-only players take 3-4x longer.
Money vs Speed
Some players ask: "Should I buy speed upgrades or brainrot upgrades?"
Always speed first. Here's why:
Speed 60 → 80 lets you access Legendary zone. Legendaries earn 4x what Epics earn. That's a bigger boost than any brainrot upgrade.
Speed unlocks zones. Zones unlock better brainrots. Better brainrots earn more money. Speed is the foundation.
Mutation Hunting
Mutations multiply income. They're worth hunting during events.
