Build to Climb is basically what happens when you combine Tower of Hell with building mechanics. You race other players to the top, but here’s the twist: you’re constructing your own path as you go. I’ve been grinding this one for about 15 hours now, and honestly? It’s way more addictive than I expected.
The codes situation is pretty slim right now. Only 2 working codes. But both give you pets with actual stat boosts, so they’re worth grabbing immediately.
All Working Build to Climb Codes
| Code | Reward |
|---|---|
| WEEKENDSURPRISE12 | Free Stump Pet (15% climbing speed boost) |
| WELCOMEBUILDTOCLIMB | Free Cat Pet (20% cash boost) |
That Cat Pet is lowkey busted for early game. 20% extra cash means faster upgrades, better blocks, more wins. I ran without it for my first 3 hours like an idiot. Don’t be me.
How to Redeem Codes
- Open Build to Climb and load into the lobby
- Click the Settings icon (gear icon) in the corner
- Find and click the “Codes” button
- Type or paste your code exactly as shown
- Hit Redeem and collect your pet
These codes are case sensitive. WELCOMEBUILDTOCLIMB is not the same as welcomebuildtoclimb. Copy paste to be safe.

Which Code to Redeem First?
Here’s the thing. Both codes give pets, but they serve different purposes.
WELCOMEBUILDTOCLIMB first if you’re new. The 20% cash boost compounds over time. More cash means better blocks faster, which means winning more races, which means even more cash. It snowballs.
WEEKENDSURPRISE12 first if you’re already decent at building. The 15% climbing speed is pure competitive advantage. When you and another player finish building at the same time, that speed boost decides who wins.
I grabbed the Cat Pet first. No regrets. The cash difference is noticeable within like 30 minutes of playing.
Building Tips That Actually Work
Real talk: most players lose because they overbuild. You don’t need a perfect staircase. You need a functional one.
Speed over aesthetics. Ugly stairs that work beat pretty stairs that take forever. I’ve won races with the jankiest builds imaginable.
Learn the block hotkeys. Clicking through menus wastes precious seconds. The top players barely touch their mouse for block selection.
Watch your angles. Too steep and you can’t climb. Too shallow and you waste blocks. There’s a sweet spot around 45 degrees that maximizes height per block.
Don’t panic build. When someone passes you, the instinct is to spam blocks everywhere. This makes things worse. Stay calm, build smart, trust the process.
Climbing Tips
The Stump Pet’s 15% speed boost matters more than you think. But technique matters more than stats.
Jump timing is everything. Jumping at the right moment on slopes gives you extra height. Mistiming it kills your momentum.
Hug the edges. Building along the edge of the map gives you more room to maneuver. Center builds get crowded fast.
Use other players’ structures. Nothing in the rules says you can’t climb someone else’s build. If they made a better path, use it. They’ll be mad. You’ll be winning.
I lost probably 20 races before I figured out the jump timing thing. Now I win maybe 60% of my matches. Not amazing, but way better than before.
Where to Find New Codes
Build to Climb is still pretty new, so codes are rare. When they drop, they’ll show up on:
- The game’s official Roblox page (check the description)
- Developer social media
- Roblox group announcements
I check daily. This page gets updated the moment new codes go live.
