Choosing the right bees is the most important decision in Bee Swarm Simulator. After hundreds of hours building different hive types, I’ve ranked every single bee to help you decide which ones to keep, which to replace, and which to prioritize.
Before spending your hard-earned codes rewards, read this guide to make smart decisions about your hive.

Gifted versions typically move up 1-2 tiers. Some bees like Basic Bee become essential when Gifted.
S+ Tier: The Best of the Best
Tabby Bee (Event)
The single best bee in the game when maxed. At 1000x Tabby Love, Tabby Bee has the highest conversion rate (533/sec) and gather amount (25/sec) of any bee.
How to Get: 500 Tickets from the Ticket Tent
Why S+ Tier: Tabby Love stacks every time you collect a Tabby Love token. It takes time to max out, so get Tabby Bee early and let it build up while you play.
Priority: Buy first or second. The sooner you get it, the sooner Tabby Love starts stacking.
Vicious Bee (Event)
The undisputed king of combat. Impale ability deals massive damage to mobs and bosses. Essential for defeating Coconut Crab, Stump Snail, and other tough enemies.
How to Get: Defeat the Vicious Bee boss in Clover Field, Cactus Field, Rose Field, Mountain Top Field, or Spider Field. Spawns every 20-60 minutes.
Why S+ Tier: Level up Vicious Bee to at least 12 before attempting Coconut Crab. Higher level means more Impale damage.
Priority: Get after Tabby and Photon. Essential for mid-game progression.
Windy Bee (Event)
Incredibly powerful utility bee. Tornado ability collects massive amounts of pollen and tokens. Cloud spawning provides consistent value.
How to Get: Donate Cloud Vials to the Wind Shrine. Requires significant investment but worth it.
Why S+ Tier: Expensive to obtain. Focus on other Event bees first unless you have excess Cloud Vials.
Priority: Late-game acquisition. Get after core Event bees.
S Tier: Essential for Any Hive
Photon Bee (Event)
Beamstorm is one of the best abilities in the game. Instantly collects pollen from a massive area. Great for any hive type.
How to Get: 500 Tickets from the Ticket Tent
Priority: Buy first or second alongside Tabby Bee.
Gummy Bee (Event)
Essential for Goo collection. Gummy Star ability is incredibly powerful, especially with Gummy Mask equipped.
How to Get: Complete Gummy Bear’s questline (donate 3,000 Gumdrops)
Priority: Get after Tabby and Photon. Gummy Mask synergy is huge.
Digital Bee (Event)
Unique mechanics with Red/Blue/White Drives. Extremely versatile and powerful when properly managed.
How to Get: Complete Robo Bear’s questline
Priority: Mid-game acquisition after core Event bees.
Bear Bee (Event)
Doubles pollen collection and boosts speed/jump. Bear Morph is incredibly useful for farming.
How to Get: 800 Robux from the Robux Shop
Priority: Best Robux purchase if you’re willing to spend money.
Festive Bee (Event)
Free gifts during Field Boosts. Beesmas Cheer provides excellent buffs. Great passive value.
How to Get: 500 Tickets from the Ticket Tent
Priority: Get after Tabby, Photon, Gummy, and Vicious.
Fuzzy Bee (Mythic)
The best Mythic for any hive type. Pollination ability benefits all playstyles by increasing flower count.
How to Get: Royal Jelly (very rare), Star Egg, or Mythic Egg
Priority: First Mythic to aim for. Works in any hive.
A Tier: Excellent Additions
Vector Bee (Mythic)
Core bee for White hives. Triangulate ability is broken good. Endgame white hives run 21+ Vector Bees.
Best For: White hives (essential), Mixed hives (good)
Precise Bee (Mythic)
Essential for White hives. Precise Marks synergize with Vector Bee. Endgame white hives run 7+ Precise Bees.
Best For: White hives (essential), must be Gifted to be useful
Music Bee (Legendary)
Best Legendary bee. Focus and Melody tokens are crucial for any hive. Run 3-4 Music Bees for consistent buffs.
Best For: All hive types. Essential support bee.
Spicy Bee (Mythic)
Core bee for Red hives. Inferno ability deals massive damage and boosts red pollen.
Best For: Red hives (essential), Mixed hives (good)
Tadpole Bee (Mythic)
Core bee for Blue hives. Summons frogs that collect pollen. Baby Love when Gifted.
Best For: Blue hives (essential)
Buoyant Bee (Mythic)
Excellent for Blue hives. Balloon abilities store massive amounts of pollen.
Best For: Blue hives (essential), any hive (good)
Cobalt Bee & Crimson Bee (Event)
Linked bees that boost each other. Essential for colored hives. Pulse ability is strong.

B Tier: Solid Choices
Baby Bee (Legendary): Baby Love buff is excellent. Doubles pollen and increases Loot Luck.
Carpenter Bee (Legendary): Mark tokens synergize with Vector Bee. Good for White hives.
Honey Bee (Epic): Honey Gift ability provides consistent honey. Good early-mid game.
Lion Bee (Legendary): Highest base attack among Legendaries. Good for combat.
Diamond Bee (Legendary): Good conversion rate. Blue Boost helps Blue hives.
Puppy Bee (Event): Fetch ability is useful. Bond mechanic provides scaling bonuses. Get after other Event bees.
C Tier: Situational Use
Ninja Bee (Legendary): Haste ability is okay. Outclassed by better options.
Shy Bee (Legendary): Red Boost is decent for Red hives. Not essential.
Demon Bee (Legendary): Rage ability is okay. Only useful for Red hives.
Rage Bee (Epic): Rage token is decent. Outclassed by Lion Bee.
Commander Bee (Epic): Focus token is useful but Music Bee is better.
Riley Bee & Bucko Bee (Epic): Color-specific boost bees. Decent for early colored hives.
Bubble Bee (Epic): Blue Bomb is okay. Outclassed by better Blue bees.
Fire Bee & Frosty Bee (Rare): Basic color boost bees. Replace when possible.
D Tier: Replace ASAP
Basic Bee (Common): Exception: Gifted Basic Bee is actually good due to +20% Pollen hive bonus. Keep if Gifted.
Brave Bee, Bumble Bee, Hasty Bee, Looker Bee (Common): Starter bees with weak stats. Replace immediately.
Rad Bee, Cool Bee (Rare): Weak color bees. Replace with better options.
Rascal Bee, Stubborn Bee (Rare): Negative abilities make them actively bad.
Exhausted Bee, Shocked Bee (Epic): Gimmick bees with limited use. Replace.
Bomber Bee, Demo Bee (Epic): Bomb abilities are weak. Replace.
Best Bees by Hive Color
White Hive (Current Meta)
White hives are the strongest endgame build. Focus on colorless bees.
Essential: Vector Bee (21+), Precise Bee (7+, must be Gifted), Music Bee (3-4), Fuzzy Bee (1), Carpenter Bee (1-2), Tabby Bee (1), Photon Bee (1), Vicious Bee (1)
Blue Hive
Strong for honey farming. Focus on blue bees.
Essential: Tadpole Bee (multiple), Buoyant Bee (multiple), Cobalt Bee (1), Diamond Bee (1-2), Bubble Bee (1-2), Bucko Bee (1-2), Music Bee (3-4), Fuzzy Bee (1)
Red Hive
Good for combat and specific fields. Focus on red bees.
Essential: Spicy Bee (multiple), Crimson Bee (1), Riley Bee (1-2), Demon Bee (1-2), Fire Bee (1-2), Rage Bee (1-2), Music Bee (3-4), Fuzzy Bee (1)
Mixed Hive (Early-Mid Game)
Best for progression before specializing.
Recommended: Tabby Bee, Photon Bee, Gummy Bee, Vicious Bee, Music Bee (2-3), Baby Bee, Fuzzy Bee, Carpenter Bee, Honey Bee

Star Treat Priority (Gifting Order)
Star Treats are rare. Gift bees in this order:
- Tabby Bee, Gifted bonus is huge
- Vicious Bee, +5% Bee Attack helps everything
- Photon Bee, +10% Instant Conversion
- Gummy Bee, +25% Goo
- Digital Bee, +10% Instant Conversion
- Windy Bee, +20% Bee Movespeed
- Festive Bee, +5% Instant Conversion
- Fuzzy Bee, +1.5x Pollen from Fuzzy Bee
- Puppy Bee, +25% Bond from Treats
- Cobalt/Crimson Bee, +50% Color Pollen
Common Mistakes
Keeping too many duplicate bees. Unless it’s Vector, Precise, or Music Bee, replace duplicates.
Buying Puppy Bee early. It’s not essential. Get Tabby, Photon, Gummy, Vicious first.
Ignoring Music Bee. Best Legendary. Keep 3-4 in any hive.
Using Star Treats on wrong bees. Follow the priority order above.
Specializing too early. Stay mixed until you have 35+ bees and good gear.
Replacing Gifted bees. Gifted bees are rare. Keep them even if the bee type is weak.
